Our law firm successfully advised #THETOPMERCH in the proceedings regarding the granting of a license to operate a nationwide television broadcast distributed through transmitters. We guided the client through the entire procedure from the filing of the application for a licence up to the issuance of the definitive decision of the Council for Radio and Television Broadcasting (Rada pro rozhlasové a televizní vysílání). 

Hit TV started broadcasting on Tuesday 12.12.2023 at 10:00 a.m. sharp. It is a teleshopping and advertising television programme which will feature a permanent commercial offer of goods and services and intends to focus primarily on Czech brands.

We are now continuing to provide legal services in connection with the day-to-day operation of Hit TV, which is being broadcast in cooperation with České radiokomunikace in the DVB-T2/HEVC standard in multiplex 23.
