CORPORATE LAW
Within the field of corporate law, we advise clients on the choice of legal form of their company and ensure the implementation of all necessary steps related to the establishment of the company and the start of its business. We also assist in the implementation of corporate changes as well as in the day-to-day administration and management of business corporations, in connection to which we also provide support with the organisation of the operation of their bodies (statutory, supervisory and general meetings).
On top of ordinary corporate changes, our law firm also offers comprehensive advice and services on the implementation of capital increases or decreases, capitalization of claims and contribution of surcharges outside the share capital.
Furthermore, our practice also specializes in representing clients in disputes between business corporations and their shareholders, as well as between shareholders themselves, arising from their participation in a business corporation, and in exercising minority shareholders' rights. We also represent both damaged business corporations and members of the statutory or supervisory bodies in disputes concerning compensation of damages caused within performance of their office.

JUDr. Bohdan Chrenovský focuses his practice primarily on dispute resolution, corporate law, insolvency law and enforcement law. He is also involved in these areas at the research level, and in 2021 he was awarded the prestigious Randa Foundation Prize for his research paper focused on insolvency law.
Bohdan graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2021, while having gained extensive practical experience during his studies. From 2018 to 2022, Bohdan worked as a paralegal and later as a junior associate at leading international law firms Allen & Overy and Dentons, where he was involved in the provision of legal services to major multinational and domestic business corporations, financial institutions (especially banks), as well as other business entities. Bohdan also has experience in representing shareholders of business corporations in shareholder disputes. He has provided pro bono legal services to non-profit organizations as well.
