ENFORCEMENT LAW
Within the field of enforcement law, we focus on the provision of legal support both to creditors and debtors in all stages of the enforcement proceedings.
For clients in the position of creditors, we provide all services necessary for the effective enforcement of their claims, from the preparation of the enforcement petition until the end of the enforcement proceedings, including representation in any incidental disputes. Our law firm cooperates with several established bailiffs' offices, with whom we communicate and cooperate efficiently, which allows us to advance in the enforcement proceedings without any unnecessary delays.
Furthermore, we offer representation to clients in the position of debtors throughout the entire enforcement proceedings, while ensuring maximum protection of their rights and legitimate interests. In this context, we assist our clients especially with filing a motion for stay or terminate the enforcement proceedings, as well as within the incidental disputes.

JUDr. Bohdan Chrenovský focuses his practice primarily on dispute resolution, corporate law, insolvency law and enforcement law. He is also involved in these areas at the research level, and in 2021 he was awarded the prestigious Randa Foundation Prize for his research paper focused on insolvency law.
Bohdan graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2021, while having gained extensive practical experience during his studies. From 2018 to 2022, Bohdan worked as a paralegal and later as a junior associate at leading international law firms Allen & Overy and Dentons, where he was involved in the provision of legal services to major multinational and domestic business corporations, financial institutions (especially banks), as well as other business entities. Bohdan also has experience in representing shareholders of business corporations in shareholder disputes. He has provided pro bono legal services to non-profit organizations as well.
