JUDr. Bohdan Chrenovský Junior lawyer

JUDr. Bohdan Chrenovský focuses his practice primarily on dispute resolution, corporate law, insolvency law and enforcement law. He was also involved in these areas at the research level, in 2021 he was awarded the prestigious Randa Foundation Prize for his research paper focused on insolvency law, and also published scientific articles within the field of insolvency law.

Bohdan graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2021, while having gained extensive practical experience during his studies. From 2018 to 2022, Bohdan worked as a paralegal and later as a junior associate at leading international law firms Allen & Overy and Dentons, where he was involved in the provision of legal services to major multinational and domestic business corporations, financial institutions (especially banks), as well as other business entities. Bohdan also has experience in representing shareholders of business corporations in shareholder disputes. He has provided pro bono legal services to non-profit organizations as well.
